A focused, customized session designed around what your body needs most that day. Your treatment may incorporate advanced therapeutic techniques, targeted muscle work, stretching, hot stones, aromatherapy and other supportive modalities as appropriate. Ideal for addressing specific areas of tension, pain or restriction, or for clients who prefer consistent maintenance care. Every session is individualized, there are no add-on charges for the techniques I believe will best support your goals.

Best for relaxation, stress relief, general muscular tension and routine maintenance. If you are a new client seeking help with persistent or complex pain/tension, please book Advanced Therapeutic Bodywork. This service is a customized 90-minute session designed for relaxation, wellness and routine body maintenance. Each session combines flowing massage with focused attention where needed to ease everyday muscular tension, encourage deep relaxation and leave you feeling restored. This service is ideal for clients seeking regular massage, stress relief and maintenance care rather than intensive therapeutic work. Clients experiencing persistent pain, complex tension patterns, restricted movement or concerns requiring extensive focused work will be directed to Advanced Therapeutic Bodywork.

Best for persistent pain, restricted movement, complex tension patterns, and clients seeking focused therapeutic work. This is my most advanced level of bodywork and is designed for concerns that have not responded adequately to conventional massage or other approaches. Rather than following a routine or predetermined sequence, I assess how your body is presenting and look beyond the area of discomfort to patterns of tension, compensation, restriction, and guarding. The session adapts throughout the appointment based on how your body responds and changes. Each session is highly individualized, focused, and results-oriented because every body and every pattern is different.

An unhurried, deeply restorative massage experience for clients who want more time to relax, decompress and reconnect with their body. This extended session allows for a slow, full-body approach without rushing, with time for additional attention to areas of everyday tension. Each session is customized for comfort and relaxation, combining flowing massage, intentional pressure and restorative techniques to help you settle deeply and leave feeling lighter, calmer and renewed. This service is designed for relaxation, wellness and routine body maintenance rather than complex or persistent pain concerns. Clients requiring intensive, results-focused therapeutic work will be directed to Advanced Therapeutic Bodywork.
