Over more than a decade of hands-on work, I’ve developed a highly intuitive approach to identifying patterns of tension, restriction and compensation. This is my most focused and advanced level of bodywork, designed for clients experiencing persistent pain, complex tension patterns, restricted movement, or concerns that have not responded adequately to conventional massage or other approaches. This is not a routine massage or predetermined sequence. I assess how your body is presenting, looking beyond the area of discomfort to patterns of tension, compensation, restriction and guarding. My approach also considers the nervous system and the body’s responses throughout the session, allowing the work to adapt as your body changes and releases. Drawing from over a decade of hands-on experience and advanced therapeutic techniques, each session is highly individualized and results-focused. Every session is different because every body and every pattern is different.

Integrative Massage is a customized 90-minute session designed for relaxation, wellness and routine body maintenance. Each session combines flowing massage with focused attention where needed to ease everyday muscular tension, encourage deep relaxation and leave you feeling restored. This service is ideal for clients seeking regular massage, stress relief and maintenance care rather than intensive therapeutic work. Clients experiencing persistent pain, complex tension patterns, restricted movement or concerns requiring extensive focused work will be directed to Advanced Therapeutic Bodywork.

Therapeutic care. Restorative relaxation. Thoughtfully tailored for pregnancy. A customized prenatal massage designed to support your changing body throughout pregnancy. This 90-minute session allows time to address areas commonly affected by pregnancy, including the low back, hips, glutes, legs, shoulders and neck, while still providing deeply restorative relaxation. Positioning and techniques are thoughtfully adapted for your comfort and stage of pregnancy. Each session is individualized according to what your body needs that day, with a focus on relieving muscular tension, reducing physical stress and helping you feel more comfortable in your body.
