Includes a 90-minute massage followed by a private 30-minute Rest Integration so your body can absorb the work before you return to your day, perfect for moms, caregivers, light sleepers, busy professionals, or anyone running on empty (local or traveling through). You’ll rest privately in the treatment room while I remain on-site. Rest concludes with a gentle knock at 30 minutes. Rest guidelines: fully draped, quiet rest, no phone use. Rest time is timed and not extendable.
